What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat communications with clients
- Develop an understanding of how information connects in BambooHR products to navigate client issues
- Guide clients in BambooHR performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems
- Think creatively to provide solutions for complex questions
- Keep up to date on new features and products to maximize client value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Open to in-office training during the ramping period
- 1-2 years of prior relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for customer care and high client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
