Index Client Service Associate

ISS STOXX is hiring! We seek a passionate experienced individual in the financial service industry to join the STOXX Client Service team. The team is responsible for providing high-quality service for our clients and acts as the main link between clients and the rest of the organization. Your role in helping us shape the future

As an Associate in the STOXX Client Service team, your primary focus will be on efficiently and professionally addressing clients' inquiries about our index products, methodologies, and calculation processes. Additionally, you will be expected to manage relationships with high-end clients and provide insights to other teams in the organization to drive our business growth.

This role is highly visible within the organization as you will need to work with different teams to achieve this and deliver the best possible client experience.

You will have the opportunity to develop deep client relationships by participating on prospecting calls, onboarding clients and proactively follow-ups on their questions and product interests.

You will also be responsible for publishing and explaining index-related announcements that will impact our clients’ investment processes.

• Someone who has worked in the financial services industry for 2+ years.
• A service-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership of client issues and an interest in building long-lasting relationships.
• Proactive and has a positive attitude with a "whatever it takes" approach to increase client satisfaction.
• Professional and courteous when communicating.
• Eager to learn, develop and execute in a changing corporate environment.
• Easy to adapt to changes with a mindset of questioning the status quo, proposing and following up on potential process improvements.
• Someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines as well as to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Someone who can work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team.

• A curious individual with a strong interest in the financial markets and index industry.
• Someone with a solid command of written and verbal English.
• A degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics is highly desirable.
• Being able to build, maintain and update Excel macros would be a strong plus.
