What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Services Sales Ops team with processing Statements of Work (SOWs) and service setup during pre-sales stages
- Manage incoming scoping requests and route them to relevant technical teams
- Maintain deal and pipeline accuracy in the CRM platform for reporting and forecasting
- Provide first-line technical support to Client Services and Strategic Consulting organizations
- Create and update projects in the Services Project Management System

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic functions
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and business models
