What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support multiple Client Success Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product renewal
- Monitor task queues and assist with task assignment and completion for the team
- Engage with clients through various digital communication methods to provide assistance and best practices
- Maintain and improve accurate client data in Salesforce
- Prepare reports and assist in developing client email campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a team-oriented environment with shared responsibilities
- Experience in a B2C setting, preferably in a SaaS customer success or sales role
- Entry-level experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) preferred
- Knowledge of SaaS products and services

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Client Success or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Customer Success software platforms
