      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
      - Operate as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
      - Stay informed on the evolving Ecommerce ecosystem, including industry trends and best practices
      - Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement
      - Track account metrics and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the customer base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of Ecommerce subject matter expertise for supported retail publishers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, etc.)
      - At least 3 years of experience in Ecommerce paid media, understanding full funnel strategies
      - 5+ years of experience in client services and/or technical project management
      - Proven analytical skills with experience using data to generate actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Skai Ecomm or comparable marketing platforms
      - Familiarity with SaaS tools and applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
      - Experience in a high-touch customer support model
      - Strong video call skills and professionalism
      - Ability to travel occasionally for in-person client meetings
