      We're seeking an exceptional Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is steeped in Google Cloud technology and best practices and possesses the passion and skills to ensure client success at every stage.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Client Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction.
      2. Solution Design and Strategy: Collaborate closely with clients to design Google Cloud solutions tailored to their unique needs and long-term business goals.
      3. Sales: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Google Workspace to drive sales, upsells, and expansions.
      4. Training and Support: Deliver training to clients on Google Workspace functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and address concerns or challenges.
      5. Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the client within our organization, ensuring feedback is communicated to the relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.

      Requirements:

      1. Certification: Google Workspace Admin Engineer Certification
      2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Google Workspace solutions.
      3. Technical Prowess: Deep understanding of Google Workspace with the capability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex configurations.
      4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      5. Customer-Centric: Proven track record in managing and forging strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success.

      The annualized base salary for this role will range between $51,300 and $120,750. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and is based on the role that may be applicable
