- Assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions that drive measurable results.
- Maintain strong client relationships that support renewals and account growth.
- Document client success stories and share best practices with the team.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Develop monthly performance reports highlighting campaign effectiveness and software value.
- Partner with marketing to drive client referrals and case study development.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication & strategic thinking with the ability to build client relationships.
- Process-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy & adaptable, comfortable with SaaS platforms, data analytics, and marketing automation.
- Industry experience preferred – knowledge of vacation rentals, short-term rentals, or hospitality.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and delivery excellence.

We are looking for a proactive, strategic and client-focused Client Success Manager to help vacation rental professionals fully leverage our platform. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure our clients stay ahead in the rapidly evolving vacation rental industry.
