What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with existing clients to assess their needs and align solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Track client activities and maintain key health metrics to monitor client satisfaction and risk of churn
- Develop personalized success plans for each client to drive long-term success
- Partner with various internal teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle
- Provide feedback and advocate for clients within the organization to improve services and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of sales, service, consulting, or similar client-facing business experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Deep industry expertise in supply chain and understanding of related challenges
- Proficiency using a CRM tool (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within Logility, Inc. solutions
- Familiarity with Gainsight Customer Success Solutions
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Consultative style with natural problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading effective cross-functional teams
