What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the customer journey for an assigned portfolio of accounts, maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively identify and address customer issues to minimize churn
- Respond to customer requests for support and guide clients through product features
- Communicate with clients to ensure they realize the full value of services, improving Net Promotor Scores (NPS)
- Identify upselling opportunities within the assigned portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of related experience in client service or support for a sales organization
- Proven experience handling a high volume of calls and emails related to client service
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with financial services or loyalty programs
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
