      Overview

      Salem Surround, the digital agency within Salem Media Group, offers and exceptional opportunity for an experienced Digital Client Success and Campaign Manager.

      The Digital Client Success and Campaign Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned client campaigns, from strategy and implementation to optimization and reporting. This client-facing role requires a background in digital marketing, with expertise in SEM, display advertising, and other digital tactics. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the digital marketing landscape, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and emerging trends. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent verbal and written communication are required.

      Position Summary:
      The CSM manages digital marketing projects for assigned accounts, including creating presentations, proposals, and reports. This role involves coordinating campaign implementation, optimization, and client success activities such as onboarding, reporting, and satisfaction surveys. The CSM works closely with clients, providing strategic insights and managing PPC campaigns while collaborating with internal teams on other digital marketing tactics like programmatic display, paid social, and organic tactics. They also assess trends, facilitate performance discussions, build relationships, and propose new advertising strategies to meet client objectives.

      Responsibilities
      • Strong communication, project management, and time management skills
      • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      • Strong focus on customer service and presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders
      • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google platforms; deep understanding of GA/UA/GA4
      • Creative, flexible, deadline-oriented with attention to detail
      • Collaborative team player with professional appearance and demeanor
      • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

      Qualifications

      The CSM must balance multiple clients and platforms, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and expectations. Responsibilities include:
      • Managing digital marketing strategies across multiple products and platforms
      • Overseeing a portfolio of up to 25 accounts and collaborating with offshore/onshore partners for task management
      • Conducting ad campaign reviews, making recommendations to improve performance metrics
      • Creating and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve client KPIs
      • Providing regular reporting and conducting market research as needed
      • Scheduling and running meetings with internal and external teams
      • Maintaining client relationships and advising on marketing strategies
      • Partnering with sales to set expectations, budgets, and strategies
      • Monitoring and improving campaign performance across publisher networks
      • Troubleshooting performance issues and proposing innovative solutions
      • Driving campaign ROI and supporting sales team growth
      • Incorporating evolving technologies into client solutions
      • Assisting leadership with team development and process improvement

      Additional duties include providing insights on digital advertising strategies, managing campaign performance, and supporting sales efforts by updating sales materials and creating presentations.

      Compensation

      $70,000 - $80,000 plus generous bonus/commission structure
