      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively triage support tickets and direct them to the proper department
      - Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video call to address their needs
      - Provide recommendations to clients on software best practices
      - Document reported issues thoroughly and provide detailed notes on resolutions
      - Analyze ticket data to identify stagnating issues and collaborate with other departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a technical support role
      - Experience analyzing data and working with tools like Excel and Zoho Analytics
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in MS Office with strong time management and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with support ticket portals is a plus
      - Knowledge of SQL and database querying is beneficial
      - Ability to work under pressure while multitasking effectively
      - Previous experience advocating for client needs and analyzing support data
      - A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
