What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new and takeover plans by providing necessary documentation to advisors and clients
- Set up new plans in the Billing System, Relius, and Salesforce
- Perform updates for existing business, including contact changes and system updates
- Prepare and coordinate fee disclosure and QDIA notices
- Collaborate with the Billing Team to manage billing for newly onboarded plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of college education or comparable experience; 1-3 years of work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications/software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team while independently managing a personal workload with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce, Pentegra fee/billing system, and general TPA billing
