      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement evaluation strategies for community-based climate adaptation projects
      - Conduct mixed-method research and evaluation studies for climate and health interventions
      - Perform qualitative analysis of data collected from staff and program partners
      - Summarize and present evaluation findings in various formats, including reports and presentations
      - Collaborate with team members to fulfill grant requirements and deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five years of research experience in public health data or evaluation, with two years in coordinating projects
      - Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field with relevant coursework in mixed methods or qualitative analysis, or a master’s degree with two years of experience
      - Experience using computerized applications for data analysis and report preparation
      - Proven ability to integrate equity frameworks into data analysis
      - Experience in developing partnerships with community and public health partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in public health or related field
      - Experience with the public health impacts of climate change and environmental justice
      - Knowledge of program/project management
      - Proficiency in online survey platforms and data visualization
      - Experience promoting a culturally competent and diverse work environment
