What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree + Five years of relevant experience, Master's Degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD
- Degree in earth sciences or related field
- Experience in air quality modeling, climate impacts, and watershed restoration
- Strong professional writing skills with a publication history
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in a time-sensitive environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience in drafting proposals and grants
- Understanding of federal, state, and tribal clients
