      Job Title: Clinic Operations Director

      Job Type: Full-time

      Job Overview: As the Clinic Operations Director, you will foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize clinic performance.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate and inspire Clinic Directors to ensure care delivery and patient access is as seamless as possible while maximizing revenue cycle strategies that are optimal and consistent with best practices in healthcare
      • Oversee management of clinic budgets, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial reporting, to achieve financial targets and sustainability
      • Collaborate with Clinic Directors in the oversight of day-to-day clinic operations, supervise workflows and timely care delivery by implementing solutions that remove barriers which prevent patients from receiving five-star service and red-carpet treatment
      • Manage and report on key project initiatives related to KPIs, systems and process changes as directed by Administration
      • Monitor and analyze service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying and suggesting improvement strategies, and partnering with Clinic Directors for implementation, monitoring and evaluation
      • Analyze physician and provider KPIs and providing recommendations for improvement to support growth and innovation
      • Engage with support departments, including but not limited to Human Resources, Marketing, Plant Operations and Information Technology, in a collaborative and effective manner
      • Engage with Clinic Directors and teams to elevate service delivery, enhance the revenue cycle processes, and deliver quality
      • Serve as interim Clinic Director during position openings and coverage gaps
      • Stay apprised of healthcare laws, regulations and accreditation standards and ensure compliance in each of the clinic settings
      • Ensure regulatory compliance with licensed personnel, including but not limited to, nurses and advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs)
      • In collaboration with Administration, serves as primary point of contact for all third-party service contracts relating to services provided at SCRMC clinics, ensuring contractor adherence to the terms as well as assuring the organization receives the maximum benefit while maintaining financial feasibility
      • Manage float pool of Clinic nurses and clerks and assign to SCRMC Clinics based on greatest needs
      • Collaborate with Administration on hiring and evaluating mid-levels as directed
      • Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications:

      1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
      2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of successful clinic management.
      3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
      4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
      5. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
      6. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.
      7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
      8. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the healthcare field.
      9. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational goals.
