What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain application systems while adhering to control processes for change requests and enhancements
- Support existing information systems, including problem management and troubleshooting
- Analyze system needs, investigate solutions, and present recommendations to senior analysts and management
- Serve as a resource for users regarding implementation, maintenance, and training
- Act as a liaison between system vendors and internal departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience designing, building, and supporting clinical applications with an Associate Degree; five years of experience without a required degree
- EPIC Certification, with the requirement to obtain certification within six weeks of completing Epic training
- Basic understanding of industry requirements and business implications of technology application
- Ability to guide and advise less experienced analysts
- Competent to work on various phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology or clinical applications development
- Additional certifications in relevant technology frameworks or methodologies
