What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and maintenance for applications aligned with clinical workflows and priorities
- Analyze issues independently and determine solutions or coordinate with internal resources or vendors
- Proactively identify and configure application settings to enhance user experience
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and projects within the help desk system
- Act as a liaison between technical and clinical experts to define functional requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business, Informatics, or a clinical-related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of prior clinical applications support and/or build experience in a hospital setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality initiatives in healthcare
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive understanding of clinical operations and workflows within a healthcare system
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) configuration changes
