What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing, configuring, and maintaining clinical application systems
- Support existing clinical information technology systems with routine maintenance and troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- With an Associate Degree: Three years of experience in clinical application support or Healthcare Information Technology, or five years in clinical experience
- Without an Associate Degree: Five years of experience in clinical application support or Healthcare Information Technology, or seven years in clinical experience
- Must obtain EPIC certification within 12 weeks of completing Epic training
- Working understanding of industry requirements and business implications of technology solutions
- Competence in all phases of application systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
