What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end release management for clinical applications upgrades, optimizations, and enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, communicate, and execute release activities
- Resolve release issues and escalate risks as needed
- Interface with third-party vendors for approvals and contract renewals
- Establish centralized communication plans and progress reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of project/program management experience
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Prior Epic Application experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Occupational Health project management experience
- Strong program management abilities in complex environments
- Intermediate level skill with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and ServiceNow
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
