What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, configure, and train end-users on the use of clinical hardware and software systems
- Communicate training and installation expectations with end-users prior to appointments
- Provide follow-up training and support for end-users as needed
- Collaborate with IT departments to ensure device integration and functionality
- Maintain documentation of training sessions and prepare reports on clinical application performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in health science with 2 to 4 years of related experience managing cross-functional projects, or equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ophthalmic environment as an Ophthalmic Photographer, Technician, or Clinician
- Hands-on experience with device configuration, installations, and networking
- Valid driver's license and access to a car, with the ability to travel 90% of the time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write detailed reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- COA, CRA, or OCT-C certification
- General product knowledge of ophthalmic equipment
- Familiarity with ocular anatomy and physiology
- Experience working independently and in team settings
- Strong problem-solving abilities
