CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Your tasks at a glance

• You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
• You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
• You work closely with Optometrists.
• You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients.
• You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
• You confirm post-operative appointments by phone.

A clear view of your assets

• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You are comfortable with computers & technology.
• You have an interest in the medical field and/or have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• You are meticulous, precise, rigorous, patient and focused, no detail can escape you.
• You are available to work flexible hours between Monday to Saturday (5 days/week).
• You are comfortable travelling between our LASIK MD City Centre, LASIK MD North West and King LASIK locations.
