- Manage and prioritize clinical inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and smooth workflow operations
- Track, audit, and manage cases throughout the lab and reporting phases to maintain quality standards
- Review and document various test types, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in general computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
