- Configure, implement, and maintain Clinical CareAdvance (CCA) systems to support clinical and operational processes
- Analyze system requirements, map configurations, and recommend enhancements for optimized performance
- Collaborate with business analysts, clinical staff, and IT teams to ensure configurations align with business and clinical needs
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, providing timely support to end-users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Configuration Analyst or similar role, specifically with Clinical CareAdvance (CCA)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Proficiency in configuration and data management within Clinical CareAdvance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with other healthcare information systems, such as EHR/EMR systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
