What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the full life-cycle recruiting processes to attract qualified clinical talent for the employer
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies based on regional projections
- Conduct in-office meetings a few times a year and travel for university relations support and events
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment and support for hiring initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service by consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience in a healthcare environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a full-cycle recruiter in healthcare delivery or agency settings
- Familiarity with the Workday and Phenom platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
