What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute internal communication campaigns for the Chief Clinical Office, including messaging and content creation
- Collaborate with UMMC leaders to draft communications plans and manage multimodal communications platforms
- Oversee content maintenance for internal communication channels and ensure timely updates
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance communication strategies and manage multiple projects
- Explore social media opportunities to promote CCO initiatives and advancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital, corporate, and/or agency communications experience
- Experience with at least one web content management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word processing
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with web content management systems such as Sitecore
- Experience in developing communication strategies for healthcare organizations
- Ability to engage with staff across all levels, including senior executives
- Knowledge of social media strategies for internal communications
