      Description:

      Need someone who understands the complexity of contract review, and look at a protocol and develop it into a budget - they have strict guidelines

      Experience in clinical trial research and clinical trial research administration, including clinical trial agreements.

      Job Summary:

      • This position will be the signing authority for review/processing for all Clinical Trial Agreements through the Research Foundation, review of CDAs, NDAs and Master Clinical Trial Agreements.
      • Additionally the position will be responsible for assisting all Clinical Research Faculty and staff in budget preparation and negotiation.
      • Additional duties include but are not limited to: ensure that Clinical Trail Agreement process is compliant with IRB, IACUC, SUNY, RF and sponsor policies CTMS training development and CTMS Support to Clinical Faculty and Staff; ensure recovery of all clinical research related receivables by monitoring within the CTMS System and working closely with Post Award Responsible for oversight of PACs agreements Module for Clinical Trial Agreements and act as single point of contact within the CTO for Sponsors and Clinical Research Teams Co-administrator of TriNetX and REDCap platforms, along with a full range of responsibilities in the Clinical Trials Office.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in clinical trial research and clinical trial research administration, including clinical trial agreements and management. Significant working knowledge of clinical trial management systems. Significant knowledge in financial management of the clinical trial life cycle.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare, or other related field and one year of relevant clinical research administration experience. Will also consider candidates with a JD degree.
