What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide counseling services using evidence-based methodologies, conducting individual, group, and family therapy for assigned caseloads
- Oversee clinical supervision and training for substance use clinicians and interns/practicum students to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure recovery-focused and trauma-informed care practices in substance use clinical services
- Collaborate with care teams across various treatment programs to facilitate client transitions and educate staff
- Conduct intake assessments and assist clients in linking to internal and external resources as outlined in treatment plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Human Services
- Minimum of two years of experience working with clients receiving substance use services
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Clinical license (LCPC/LCSW) required
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats

- Experience in program planning and evaluation
- Knowledge of customer service techniques
