      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical direction, supervision, and support to the clinical review team
      - Supervise eligibility assessments, including PASRR Level II evaluations, ensuring compliance with procedural standards
      - Conduct routine evaluations and re-evaluations of applicants/participants
      - Collaborate with state agencies to address issues affecting various populations
      - Maintain data integrity by documenting relevant information in accordance with program guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related health field, or equivalent OR a registered nurse (RN)
      - 5 years of experience providing direct service or case management to adults with psychiatric disabilities, including 1 year in a medical or clinical setting
      - At least 2 years of recent supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting
      - Demonstrated knowledge of relevant social service/rehabilitation systems and applicable state and federal regulations
      - Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Word and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Massachusetts licensed Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
      - Experience with disabled or long-term care populations
      - Background in community mental health services, particularly in Long-Term Care, Home Care, Rehab, or Disabilities
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
