      JOB TITLE: Clinical Director

      SALARY: 100k-125k+

      Overview: Our client has been providing innovative services and programs to a broad population of individuals and families throughout the state of NY. The Clinical Director would oversee the clinical operations department within the agency. The director would also be responsible for ensuring and delivering the highest quality of evidence- based services provided to the children and families within our network. Further task would be clinical supervision, program development, staff training, among other day to day administrative duties. Were dedicated to providing a seamless process of providing excellent services across board to ensure best practices are being met.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      o Supervise and support Clinical Staff, including Therapists, Social Workers, and Direct Support Providers

      o Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. As well as continuously assess and improve programs to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

      o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans

      o Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant clinical regulations and oversee agency standards.

      o Function as a clinician within the counseling services, including emergency consultations

      o Facilitate staff training and professional development opportunities

      o Participate in community outreach and partnership development to promote Our client’s services

      o Interdisciplinary Collaboration- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to optimize patient care and interdisciplinary communication

      o Oversee client care processes, ensuring timely and appropriate care delivery

      REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/ TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDE

      o Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field

      o Valid and current NYS Clinical License: Licensed Psychiatrist/ Psychologist/ Psychoanalyst, LCSW, LMHC

      o Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a mental health setting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role

      o Strong knowledge of OMH regulations and evidence-based practices

      SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      o Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

      o Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

      o Commitment to cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations

      o Vast experience in treatment of adolescents or young adults

      o Strong diagnostic and treatment skills

      o Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a highly collaborative manner and strong problem- solving abilities

      o Strong ability and skills in leading and fostering the professional development of staff members

      o Strong oral and written communication skills
