      Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.       We are currently seeking an Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Director

      Position: Clinical Director

      Department: Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (OBHS)

      Status: Full Time Exempt

      Salary Range: $87,484.60 - $120,640.00 (annually ). We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). There are 15 steps on the scale and offers are usually within the first couple of steps.

      Position Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Licensure preferred-LCSW or LPC. Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and/or high acuity client services preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

      Summary: Our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinical Director coordinates and oversees department operations and staff.

      CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

      • Candidates must be legally employable by a U.S. business
      • LPC/LCSW

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Clinical oversight of client service delivery

      Program planning, development and evaluation

      Contract and budget oversight and review

      Developing and maintaining effective inter-agency relationships

      Support Intern Supervisors to maintain adequate training, supervision and document student

      progress.

      Review case files for compliance with OHA and Medicaid/Medicare requirements and clinical

      soundness.

      Supervise outpatient behavioral and addition Clinical Supervisors including Enhanced

      Clinicians/intern supervisors

      Timely, electronic documentation of all clinical supervision notes to the EHR, Credible

      Oversee management of outpatient mental health and addictions, including assessment, crisis

      services, and school based

      Advise and consult with the Agency's Executive Director on program trends and client's treatment

      need

      Consultation and Education with agency staff and community partners.

      Develop clinical orientation, staff training and support programs to better support new and current

      clinicians including position training and structural support in the agency.

      Development of systems that address documentation of training that is essential to practice.

      Coordinate development and maintenance of staff leadership teams for improved services related

      to clinical and programmatic needs.

      Develop policy and program practices that are consistent with well-functioning behavioral health

      programs.

      Other duties may be assigned as needed per location/department
