- Temporary RN license accepted prior to start
- Proven experience in data analysis and documentation improvement processes
- Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement and coding guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for educating physicians and staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with coding and billing processes
- Experience in training or educating healthcare staff
- Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies
