      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Improve the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation
      - Facilitate modifications to clinical documentation through interactions with physicians and nursing staff
      - Ensure appropriate reimbursement and clinical severity is captured for services rendered
      - Collaborate with Health Information Management (HIM) coding staff
      - Analyze and interpret patient charts to determine appropriateness of care documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent qualifications
      - Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience or equivalent acute care experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experience
      - Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada, or equivalent international medical qualifications
      - Certification in relevant clinical documentation or health information management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within a Medicare reimbursement system
      - Familiarity with Joint Commission Accredited Health care Organizations standards
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Previous experience in conflict management and communication with diverse teams
      - Proficiency in using various software applications related to healthcare documentation
