What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with current active RN license
- 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 3+ years of clinical documentation improvement experience
- Solid clinical background in evidence-based medicine
- Technical experience using EMR systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business, Education, or related fields
- Coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage programs
- Previous work experience in clinical documentation review or clinical quality program
- Experience developing and delivering clinical education and training
