      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct concurrent review of inpatient medical records to enhance physician documentation quality
      - Communicate with physicians, case managers, coders, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive medical record documentation
      - Utilize clinical documentation systems to identify opportunities for improving physician and hospital outcomes
      - Develop and implement education strategies to promote accurate clinical documentation and address negative trends
      - Analyze documentation findings and collaborate with physicians to improve documentation clarity and accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Nursing degree required
      - Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
      - Minimum of five (5) years of inpatient, acute care experience, preferably in ICU
      - Excellent observation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer usage, including database and spreadsheet analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical Documentation experience
      - Critical care nursing experience
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and private payer regulations
      - Ability to adapt to change and work independently
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
