      The opportunity

      Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking dynamic and dedicated Nursing Faculty to support our online MSN program. In this role, you will help ensure the quality of our nursing programs and the success of our students and adjunct faculty. You'll work remotely with the potential requirement to attend commencement in New Hampshire twice annually. You will report to the Graduate Program Director. #LinkedIn

      What You'll Do:

      • Teach up to 10 course sections annually across the MSN curriculum.
      • Design and implement engaging instructional strategies to enhance student learning.
      • Mentor and support adjunct faculty as a subject matter expert (SME).
      • Evaluate adjunct performance and oversee course sections as a course coordinator or team lead.
      • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management for faculty.
      • Participate in curriculum reviews and revisions to maintain academic excellence.
      • Foster student satisfaction and success through advising and program improvements.
      • Facilitate collaboration across academic administration and university partners.
      • Contribute to course and program evaluations as a SME and course coordinator.
      • Serve on academic committees.

      What We're Looking For:

      • Doctorate (DNP, PhD, or EdD) and Master's degree in Nursing (required).
      • Unencumbered RN license (additional state licenses may be required).
      • 3+ years of college-level teaching experience, including 1 year of graduate-level nursing instruction.
      • Preferred: Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) and specialty certification.
      • Experience in Population Healthcare, Healthcare Quality and Safety, Academic Administration, or Nurse Education specialty is highly valued.

      Compensation

      The annual pay range for this position is $68,669.00 - $109,891.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $75,879.00 - $102,659.00.
