      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and maintain population health and quality improvement initiatives
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with NCQA Accreditation Standards
      - Manage clinical improvement initiatives and provide practice transformation support
      - Conduct peer reviews and investigate clinical grievances and quality concerns
      - Evaluate clinical improvement activities for effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred (e.g., MSN, MPH, MBA)
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managed care quality management setting
      - Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, or higher, to practice in California
      - Experience with Medicaid/Medi-Cal or Medicare managed care
      - Familiarity with NCQA Accreditation Standards and HEDIS technical specifications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with regulatory audits (e.g., DHCS, NCQA)
      - Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and strategies
      - Proven ability to motivate and inspire team performance
      - Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
