What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Clinical Informatics team members and stakeholders to support education and adoption of clinical information systems
- Design and create curriculum and multimedia materials for in-person and virtual training sessions
- Train and mentor PSJH Affiliates and Credential Trainers on system usage and education materials
- Participate in the development and maintenance of training scenarios and system training environments
- Review and analyze feedback to improve educational deliverables and training effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Informatics certifications or credentialing upon hire
- Education or Instructional Design related certification within 5 years of hire
- Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting related to healthcare informatics
