What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist sales in consultative discussions and product demonstrations for strategic accounts
- Support the development of sales collateral and conduct product presentations
- Lead clinical reviews of solution blueprints and validate design and workflow impact
- Deliver consulting services and develop procedural plans for assigned clients
- Assess client risks and ensure maximum value is achieved from the portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Registered nurse with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of case/care management workflows and denials
- Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, for data analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of technical application implementation in the healthcare industry
- Experience as a care management consultant or utilization manager
