What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between clinical care and information technology, promoting the integration of IT in healthcare
- Support caregivers in the implementation, learning, and optimization of clinical technologies, specifically Epic
- Provide 24/7 remote support to Providence caregivers
- Maintain a consistent schedule including weekend shifts to meet the needs of the team
- Act as a professional role model in the field of clinical informatics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role with similar duties in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Understanding of the benefits and challenges of adult learning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Informatics certifications or credentialing upon hire (may substitute for up to 2 years of experience at the hiring manager’s discretion)
