What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between clinical care and information technology, enhancing the integration of clinical technologies
- Provide remote support for caregivers using Epic, ensuring effective use and optimization of clinical systems
- Promote understanding and application of information technology in healthcare settings
- Assist with training and adoption of clinical technologies among caregivers
- Collaborate with the Virtual Clinical Informatics Team to deliver 24/7 support for caregivers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Understanding of the benefits and challenges of adult learning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Informatics certifications or credentialing upon hire, which may be equivalent for up to 2 years of experience at the hiring manager's discretion
