What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical informatics systems
- Drive continuous process improvement by developing and maintaining standardized tools and processes
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure systems meet the needs of patient care and clinical operations
- Conduct software and system testing across multiple IT environments to ensure functionality and reliability
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of informatics systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional certification in a health science (NRP, RN, RRT or equivalent) plus 9 years of experience in a clinical care or healthcare informatics role; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human science or equivalent, plus 7 years of experience in a healthcare informatics role; OR
- Master’s Degree in a health or human science or equivalent, plus 5 years of experience in a clinical care or healthcare informatics role
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments
- Minimum of one (1) year of software or application development experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an end user of Health Information Technology (HIT) software or equivalent
- Knowledge of gathering and translating business requirements into system specifications
- Experience leading small to medium scale projects
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Familiarity with developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes
