      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process verbal medical orders from patients and healthcare providers
      - Maintain compliance with state and federal accreditation requirements
      - Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
      - Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding their care
      - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable states
      - Minimum of one year of experience as an LVN or RN in a medical setting, preferably home health
      - Knowledge of state and federal accreditation requirements
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the telephone
      - Strong data entry skills

      - Experience in home health care or similar medical settings
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Bilingual communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities
