What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform file maintenance and accurately update software with minimal errors
- Test and verify software in the Test area before moving it to the Production area
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual system checks
- Act as a liaison between the laboratory and other departments for computer system development and problem-solving
- Assist with database management and customization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support of information systems, specifically laboratory computer applications
- Proficiency with Sunquest (LIMS) with a minimum of two years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the healthcare information system environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience or understanding of clinical operations
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
