      Job summary

      Our Case Managers work with clients to ensure that they dont just survive, but thrive living their lives to the fullest whatever that means tothem pursuing hobbies, interests, personal ambitions, education, career goals and whatever else inspires and engages them! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join Rehab Without Walls in Milton Keynes. This position is full time (35 hours) working hybrid between the Rehab Without Walls office in Milton Keynes, home working and visits with case managers and clients.

      Main duties of the job

      Rehab Without Walls have a "whatever it takes" approach to rehabilitation and long-term support for people who have had catastrophic injuries, particularly brain and spinal injury. They work together with clients and their families, solicitors, financial deputies, therapist and other parties to deliver a bespoke package of rehabilitation and support that meets each client's individual needs, goals and priorities.

      Job responsibilities

      What you'll be doing:

      • Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights.

      • To ensure that our clinical services are delivered to the highest possible standards of care, to clients and their families

      • To ensure that our service is provided in the most cost-effective and efficient way, with continual reference to our proposed versus actual costs

      • To audit and review client documentation to ensure it meets / exceeds RWW’s standards of practice

      • To ensure that all CQC requirements are met / exceeded

      • To support the selection, interviewing and development of case managers to ensure the right skills and experience mix to meet current and future business needs

      What you'll have:

      • Previous Case Management experience is desirable
      • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
      • Diploma or degree in Physio Therapy
      • CQSW / DipSW or other relevant Social Care qualification
      • RGN Nursing Qualification
      • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
