What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, coordinate, and execute administrative tasks and logistics for educational initiatives
- Maintain and organize clinical educational resources and communicate updates
- Assist with logistical event planning for the Annual Clinical Meeting (ACM)
- Oversee workflow and coordinate annual training updates
- Collect and collate feedback and evaluations from new hires for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, education, human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years of administrative support or project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
