      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit various clinical practitioner types and execute practitioner contracts for key health plan clients
      - Maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Generate effective electronic correspondence with practitioner offices
      - Identify outreach opportunities and coordinate with supervisors and the corporate office
      - Mentor and train recruitment staff, providing support and skill development plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required if no equivalent experience
      - Minimum four years of combined experience in Sales or healthcare provider contracting, or two years as a Telerecruiter at the employer
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Valid residential state driver’s license with a good driving record and availability of an automobile for on-the-job use
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of job-related travel experience preferred
      - Contract negotiation skills and experience preferred
