What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree required or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if no degree
- Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organized and results-oriented team player

- Familiarity with CRM systems and contact management databases
