What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with various clinical practitioner types to promote the employer and execute practitioner contracts
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Generate effective electronic correspondence with practitioner offices
- Contact practitioners via telephone and face-to-face meetings for education and issue resolution
- Provide mentoring and training to telephonic recruiters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required if equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of combined experience in sales or healthcare provider contracting
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Valid residential state driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of experience in job-related travel preferred
- Contract negotiation skills and experience preferred
- Two years of Telerecruiter experience at the employer preferred
