What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit clinical practitioner types and execute contracts for key health plan clients
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment and meet changing priorities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with practitioners and provide education
- Identify outreach opportunities and coordinate with supervisors and corporate office
- Mentor and train recruitment staff, including conducting role play scenarios

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required if no equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in sales or healthcare provider contracting
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid residential state driver's license and availability of automobile for job use
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

- Experience in job-related travel
- Contract negotiation skills
- Experience in the clinical, wellness, and fitness industries
- Previous experience as a Telerecruiter at the employer
