      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit various clinical practitioner types and execute practitioner contracts for key health plan clients
      - Maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Generate effective correspondence with practitioner offices and send recruitment materials
      - Conduct outreach and develop networks in underserved areas
      - Provide mentoring and training to new recruitment staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent preferred
      - Minimum four years of experience in sales or healthcare provider contracting
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and availability of an automobile
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in job-related travel
      - Contract negotiation skills and experience
      - Two years of telerecruiter experience at the employer
      - Background in the wellness and fitness industry
